Here's exactly how we protect your documents, who can see them, and how to remove them.
The life of a document
- 01You uploadSent over an encrypted connection (TLS 1.2+). Nothing travels in plain text.
- 02We read itAutomated text reading checks names, dates and quality. No person opens it by default.
- 03Stored encryptedSaved with AES-256 encryption at rest, separate from your phone number.
- 04You share itOnly when you tap Submit or invite a partner. You confirm every time.
- 05You delete itOne tap removes it. Backups are cleared within 30 days.
How we protect it
Tap any item for details.Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption keys are managed separately from the data and rotated regularly.
Sign-in uses one-time codes. Sessions end after 15 minutes of inactivity.
We read balances and deposit patterns only. We never see banking passwords and can never move money.
Staff can't browse files. Access is granted only for a specific support request you approve, and every view is logged.
We never use your documents to train public AI models, and never sell data.
If a breach affects your data, we tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay, with what happened and what to do.

Where it livesEncrypted cloud storageHosted with a major cloud provider in a secure region. We'll publish the exact region before launch.
