01Who we are
Visa Tayari ("we", "us") is an independent visa-preparation service operated from Lahore, Pakistan. We are not a government body, embassy, consulate or visa application centre, and we do not decide visa outcomes.

02What we collect
We only collect what we need to prepare your visa file.

03How we use it
We use your data to verify your documents, calculate your readiness score, draft your cover letter, book appointments you ask for, and send updates you have turned on.
- We never sell your data.
- We never use your documents to train public AI models.
- We never contact your bank, employer or family without telling you first.
04Bank data
When you upload statements or connect an account, we read balances, average balances and deposit patterns only. Access is read-only: we cannot move money, and we never see or store your banking password.
If you connect through a licensed third-party provider, their terms also apply and we will name them before you connect.
05AI document reading
Our scanner uses automated text recognition to read your documents. Results are shown to you for confirmation, and you can correct any field. The readiness score is guidance only, not a prediction or guarantee of any embassy decision.
07How long we keep it
We keep your documents only as long as you need them.

08Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access by our staff is limited, logged and reviewed. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
09Where your data is stored
Your documents and financial data are stored on servers located in Pakistan, in line with State Bank of Pakistan rules for financial records. If a service provider needs to process data outside Pakistan, we will only use providers bound by written contracts that protect it to the same standard, and we will list them here.
10Your rights
You can exercise these rights in the app under Settings → Privacy, or by emailing us. We reply within 30 days.
- See a copy of your data
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your documents or your whole account
- Withdraw consent for optional uses at any time
- Complain to the National Commission for Personal Data Protection once it is set up under Pakistan's data protection law
11Children
You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian can prepare a file for a child as part of their own account.
12Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will tell you in the app and ask for your consent again where needed. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
