01What Visa Tayari does
Visa Tayari helps you prepare a complete, consistent visa application. We check documents, estimate how ready your file is, and help with letters and bookings.
We are not a visa agent, law firm or government body. We do not submit applications on your behalf unless you clearly ask us to through an embassy partner.
02No guarantee of a visa
Visa decisions are made only by embassies and immigration authorities. A high readiness score does not mean your visa will be approved, and a low score does not mean it will be refused.
03Your account
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP secure.
04Your documents
You confirm that the documents you upload are genuine and belong to you or someone you are authorised to act for. Uploading forged or altered documents is illegal, and we will close your account and may report it.
05Information on our site
We work to keep fees, timelines and requirements up to date, but embassies change their rules often. Always confirm with the official mission before you pay or travel.
06Fees
The readiness score is free. Paid features will be shown with their price before you pay. Embassy and visa-centre fees are separate and are paid directly to them.
07Limits of our responsibility
To the extent Pakistani law allows, we are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, travel costs or decisions made by any authority.
08Closing your account
You can close your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
