Usually it's a name mismatch (e.g. spelling differs from your passport), an expired date, or a blurry scan. Tap the flagged item to see exactly what to fix.

For most family or minor applications, yes. The checklist shows it only when your destination and visa type need it.

It shows how complete and consistent your file is compared with the published requirements. It is guidance only, not a prediction of the embassy decision.

Open the score screen and follow the suggestions. Each one shows how much it adds, such as a flight reservation or a cover letter.

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete my files. Documents are removed immediately; backups are cleared within 30 days.

No. We show available slots from official visa centres but can't create or jump the queue. Be careful of anyone who says they can.
