01When we ask
We ask once, right after you verify your phone number and before we collect any CNIC, passport or bank data. Nothing is collected until you agree.
02What you must agree to
These two are needed for the service to work. You have to tick both before you can continue, and each one says why it is needed.
- Process my identity documents: Read your passport, CNIC and FRC to verify your identity and match names.
- Analyse my bank statements: Read balances and deposit patterns only. Read-only, no passwords stored.
03What you can choose
These are separate choices, off by default and never bundled with the required ones. Saying no does not change anything else in the app.
- Send updates on WhatsApp: Application status and appointment reminders.
- Help improve accuracy: Use anonymised, de-identified results to improve our scanner. Never sold.
- Share with an embassy partner on submit: Only when you tap Submit, and we ask again each time.
04How we record your choices
We log the time you agreed, the versions of the Privacy Policy and Terms you saw, and each choice you made. We keep this record for 3 years as proof of your choices.
05Changing your mind
You can turn optional choices on or off at any time in Settings → Privacy. You can also withdraw a required consent there; we will then stop checking your documents, and you can delete them in one tap.
If we change what we ask for, we will show you the consent screen again before using your data in a new way.
06If you say no
You can still browse destination checklists without agreeing. We will not collect any documents until you do.
